Are you on any public procurement frameworks?

Whilst CoPerceptuo itself is not on any public procurement frameworks you do have the option to purchase through partners.

How do I get started?

Speak to an advisor and we'll advise you of the various pricing options for both the platform and support.

What hours of support do you offer?

We offer support during core office hours of Monday - Friday, 9-5.

I'm put off by the effort to get data in?

Through our just enough data approach, you can target specific data to collect to drive specific insights you want so you don't need lots of effort to get lots of data in to get one specific insight out.

Why don't you offer a free trial?

The amount of IP in the platform that has been built up over time we feel is incredibly valuable and immediately available, so whilst we're not against reviewing and offering a free trial in the future, currently we don't support this.

What are the support alternatives if I need more support than provided?

We offer a range of support options including everything from helping with data collection through to running a full analysis and reviews. Speak to an advisor to find out more.

Is there a minimum sign up term?

The minimum sign up term is 3 months, but we encourage you to sign up for 12 months to get the full value from the platform and benefit from new releases of insight and new reviews that are coming through all the time.

How is it charged?

We charge on a per organisation basis for the platform to keep pricing as simple as possible. Speak to an advisor for more information on pricing.
